Pork chops with cranberries tonight

Hi, I'm new to blogging. I'm a chef that wants to promote healthy eating. I've lost 50 pounds and really want to share some of the recipes and tips that have helped me maintain my new self for over a year. I've never felt better, I've never looked better. I love food, it's really all that I think about. I have 4 children and a husband, we've all gotten healthier as a result of my lifestyle makeover. We do not eat fast food. I cook about 5-6 nights a week. Please e-mail me with comments, I have so many healthy recipes that I would love to share. I have inspired friends to lose weight and get healthier. Please let me help you. Here is one my favorite recipes, it is so quick to throw together.
You could even put this in a crock pot of you have to work. Enjoy. I will be posting more recipes, but please, I need your feedback.

4 pork chops (boneless or with bones) trim fat
1 bag cranberries (fresh or frozen)
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
salt and pepper
olive oil (1 tbsp)

season the chops with salt and pepper. In a casserole dish (I use 1 1/2 qt) spray with pam. Add 1/3 of the bag of cranberries, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp thyme. Put two of the chops on top of this. Add another third of the cranberries, 1/4 cup sugar, and 1/2 tsp thyme. Put the other 2 chops over this, and finish with the remaining cranberries, sugar and thyme. Bake at 350 for about 1-1 1/2 hours. check for seasoning. Serve this with brown rice and a salad.
